Extended Warranty Renewals: Lexmark Extended warranties are available to be purchased during the Base Manufacturers’ Warranty for our current product line, (1st year for most printer models). It is only during this time period that you can purchase up to 3 additional years of extended warranty, (total of 4 years). If the maximum coverage is not purchased during the Base Warranty year(s), the only renewal option will be a 1-year Onsite agreement renewable annually.
Renewals are to be purchased directly from Lexmark Service and are not available from the distribution channel.
Out of Warranty Printers: If the Warranty Coverage on a printer, scanner or Multi-Function Product has lapsed for more than 30 days, post warranty service agreements are available for laser printers that are in good working condition. A test page will be required prior to purchasing the post warranty service agreement.

Costs associated with re-certification of the printer will not be covered under the new post warranty agreement. All repairs to re-instate the printer to original working condition will be the responsibility of the customer.
Post Warranty Agreement Start Date: Where there has been a lapse in coverage, post warranty agreements will commence one month after receiving your order. Service will not be provided during the 30 day waiting period. If a repair is required during this period post warranty per incident* services are available. To request this service, call our service dispatch team at 1-866-960-2279.
*NB Post Warranty per incident service may not be available in all areas.

Buykingston order despatch times:

We charge a one off delivery cost as outlined below regardless of how many items you order or the weight of your order.

Despatch times do not apply to UK public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are taken from the next available working day available for delivery. For example if an order was despatched on a working Wednesday by 3pm, the first available working day for delivery would be Thursday provided you placed your order by 3pm on the Wednesday. If the next available weekday is a UK bank holiday/public holiday then your order will be despatched on the next available working day.

Buykingston offers a very flexible and hassle free returns policy. If
for whatever reason you are not happy with the item purchased you can return
it to us within 12months for a refund (for unused and unopened
items) or within 30 days on opened and used items for a refund. This

On opened items 30 days from date of receipt or expected date of receipt on
non tracked items.

How do i go about returning my order?

your order number where we will present you with an RMA number and returns
label.
Do i need to contact you before returning my order?
Yes, to obtain an RMA number.
Does my item have to include its original packaging?
Yes for items that fall within our 30 day money back guarantee and our 365
day returns. Of course for faulty items we realise you may no longer have
the packaging.
Who deals with the warranty on a faulty item?
We will. In some circumstances we may ask you to contact the manufacturer
direct for assistance.
