The purchase of a one year Logitech extended warranty along with the purchase of RallyPlus and Tap for large Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms adds one additional year to the original Logitech manufacturer's two year limited hardware warranty and is intended to ensure that your Logitech hardware is free from defects in material and workmanship. This extended warranty helps to protect your investment, maximize its value, and ensure optimal performance of your Logitech conference room system for a total of three years. This is right in line with the typical depreciation and replacement cycle of most conference room equipment.
Logitech extended warranty adds one year to the original manufacturer's warranty which provides that your Logitech Tap and RallyPlus hardware shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.
The purchase of a one year Logitech extended warranty, at the time of hardware or room solution purchase, adds one additional year to the original Logitech manufacturer's two year limited hardware warranty.

your order number where we will present you with an RMA number and returns

Do i need to contact you before returning my order?
Yes, to obtain an RMA number.
Does my item have to include its original packaging?
Yes for items that fall within our 30 day money back guarantee and our 365
day returns. Of course for faulty items we realise you may no longer have
the packaging.
Who deals with the warranty on a faulty item?
We will. In some circumstances we may ask you to contact the manufacturer
direct for assistance.
